Women Connect ~ short weekly post to inspire and encourage.

And I pray that Christ will be more and more at home in your hearts as you trust in Him. May your roots go down deep into the soil of God’s marvelous love. And may you have the power to understand, as all God’s people should, how wide, how long, how high, and how deep His love really is. May you experience the love of Christ, though it is so great you will never fully understand it. Then you will be filled with the fullness of life and power that comes from God. Ephesians 3:17-19 

When our faith seems scarce and our emotions run big and wild and bossy. 


Let’s remember His goodness and that His love runs strong and healing towards us anyway.

When our thoughts get the better and the blahs set in – – – when “not good enough” is on repeat in our head and when our words run dry and our best seems thin.

Let’s remember His love, His amazing grace – – – – and give our selves some.

When our ability is small and the task too big – – – when theres more to do than we have energy for and then things break down and come loose and don’t work.

Let’s remember His grace, how when we can’t – He can – – – and let that be our strength and our peace.

When we’ve lost our way and not sure how

Let’s remember His mercy – thats its real and redeeming and fresh each morning.

For the days we just scrape in, winging it just , unsure, uninspired – lets remember He is with us.  He’s got this – this life of ours – on the days I aint got this – not even close, He’s got this.

God is with me and He is good.

Some days that’s all I know.
